Welcome

Your first steps on the programme

Everything you need to get started is on this page. Work through it in order and you'll be set up in about twenty minutes.

How your programme is paced

Day 1 Log in and complete your first forms
Week 1 Book your first one-to-one session
Week 2 Further mental health forms
Week 4 Further mental health forms
Finish Exit survey and your feedback

Open each section as you get to it. You don't need to read them all at once.

1 Getting logged in

Your admissions team has activated your account. You should have two separate emails from us:

  • Instructions for downloading the Rehubs app
  • Your secure login password
Can't find them? Check your junk or spam folder first. They often land there on the first send.

Once you're in, our user guide has written and video instructions for finding your way around the app.

2 Your first forms

When you log in, five forms will be waiting for you:

  • Assessment Form
  • Information Sharing Agreement
  • Treatment Contract
  • TOPS
  • Life Story Activity

Once you've submitted those, three more unlock: GAD-7, CORE-10 and PHQ-9.

All eight need to be complete before you can book your first one-to-one session, so it's worth doing them in one sitting if you can.
3 Booking your first session

With your forms submitted, you can book your first one-to-one. You choose your own dedicated therapist at the point of booking.

Book within one week of finishing your forms. Getting started early makes a real difference to how the rest of the programme goes.

4 Joining your daily group

Your group session link lives inside the app, so there's nothing to search for in your email each day.

  • Open the Rehubs app
  • Go to Appointments
  • Find Addiction Program under Appointment Today
  • Open it and tap the meeting link to join

Sessions run on Microsoft Teams and open from the app directly.

5 Download your welcome pack

Your induction pack introduces the RISE model that shapes the whole programme: Reflect, Inspire, Strengthen, Empower. It covers how the 28 days work, what to expect from group and one-to-one sessions, the group agreement, and where to go for support.

This one is for reading rather than filling in. Have a look through it before your first session.

Download the welcome pack PDF, 18 pages
Save it somewhere you'll find it again. Put it in a folder you'll remember, or add it to your phone's Files app. You'll want to look back at it during the programme, and hunting through old emails in week three is the last thing you need.
6 Download your worksheets

This is your working document for the 28 days, with a worksheet for each day plus the Life Story activity and the weekly P.U.D. check-in. Your therapist will tell you which one to use and when, so there's no need to work ahead.

You can type straight into it. Every box, table and reflection space is fillable, so you don't need to print anything.

Download the worksheets PDF, 105 pages, fillable
Save it to your device first, then type into it. If you fill it in while it's still open in your browser or email preview, your answers won't be kept. Open it in a PDF reader, save as you go, and keep it in the same place as your welcome pack so both are easy to find.

Day 1 is the Two Lists activity on page 4. The contents page at the front links straight to each day.

7 Setting up your device

A couple of minutes here prevents most connection problems during a session.

Windows PC or laptop

Use Google Chrome and make sure Windows is fully up to date. Windows 11 recommended.

Apple Mac or iMac

Update macOS to the latest version and use Google Chrome.

iPhone or Android phone

Update your operating system, then open the Rehubs app you were given access to. Check the App Store or Play Store for the latest app update.

iPad or tablet

Use the web version in Google Chrome rather than the app, following the guidance above for Windows or Apple.

Before every session

  • Charge your device and connect to reliable Wi-Fi
  • Turn off any VPN, the most common cause of blocked connections
  • Test your speeds at speedtest.net
  • Still glitchy? Restart your router and your device

Stuck on any of this?

Our support team would rather hear from you early than have you miss a session. Get in touch and we'll get you connected.

We're looking forward to supporting you on your journey.
