These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply between Rehubs UK Healthcare Ltd (Company Registration No. 15029751) (“Rehubs”, “we”, “our” or “us”) and any individual who accesses or uses our website, mobile application or any of our Services (“User”, “you” or “your”).
By creating an account, purchasing Services or accessing the Rehubs platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. THE REHUBS SERVICES
Rehubs provides a range of online healthcare and wellbeing services through its website, mobile application and associated digital platforms.
Depending on the programme or service purchased or accessed, Users may receive one or more of the following Services:
  • Group Treatment Programmes;
  • One-to-One Therapy Services;
  • Therapeutic Workshops;
  • Weight Management Programmes;
  • Family Support Groups;
  • Aftercare Services;
  • Clinical assessments, questionnaires and therapeutic assignments;
  • Digital resources and recovery tools available through the Rehubs App.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms and Conditions apply to all Rehubs Services.

2. DEFINITIONS
User Account means the account created to access Rehubs Services.
Services means any programme, therapy, workshop, consultation, assessment, group session or digital resource provided by Rehubs.
Therapist means any counsellor, psychotherapist, psychologist, dietitian, personal trainer or other healthcare professional delivering Services on behalf of Rehubs.
Content means any information, documents, assignments, messages, questionnaires, images or other material submitted by a User through the Rehubs platform.
Intellectual Property means all copyrights, trademarks, database rights, patents, designs, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights belonging to Rehubs.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION
To use the Services you must:
  • be at least eighteen (18) years of age;
  • provide accurate and complete registration information;
  • maintain the accuracy of your information;
  • keep your login details secure;
  • accept these Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for all activity carried out using your User Account.

4. REHUBS PROGRAMMES AND SERVICES
4.1 Group Treatment Programme
The Group Treatment Programme is a structured online recovery programme delivered over the advertised treatment period.
Unless otherwise stated, the programme includes:
  • Daily therapeutic group sessions;
  • Four (4) one-to-one therapy sessions;
  • Therapeutic assignments and assessments;
  • Access to the Rehubs App;
  • A mandatory Relapse Prevention Workshop;
  • Two (2) years complimentary Aftercare.
Additional one-to-one therapy sessions may be purchased through the Rehubs App.

4.2 One-to-One Therapy
One-to-one therapy may be purchased independently or may form part of a Rehubs programme.
All purchased therapy sessions must be booked through the Rehubs App where self-booking is available.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchased therapy sessions must be used within twelve (12) weeks of payment.
Unused sessions will expire after twelve (12) weeks and cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged unless required by law.

4.3 Therapeutic Workshops
Rehubs provides therapeutic and educational workshops.
Certain workshops, including the Relapse Prevention Workshop, form a mandatory part of specific treatment programmes.
Attendance requirements will be explained during onboarding.

4.4 Weight Management Programme
The Weight Management Programme includes the consultations and workshops specified within the programme purchased.
This includes one complimentary consultation with:
  • Dietitian
  • Personal Trainer
  • Therapist
Additional appointments may be purchased through the Rehubs App.

4.5 Aftercare
Users successfully completing the Group Treatment Programme are entitled to attend complimentary Aftercare groups for two (2) years.
Attendance is voluntary.
Additional one-to-one therapy sessions may be purchased through the Rehubs App.

4.6 Family Support Group
Family Support Groups provide education and support for family members and loved ones.
Attendance is voluntary.
Family members may purchase one-to-one therapy through the Rehubs App provided they are not allocated the same Therapist currently treating their loved one, in order to maintain professional boundaries and avoid conflicts of interest.

5. BOOKING, ATTENDANCE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Unless otherwise stated, this section applies to all appointments, consultations, therapy sessions, workshops and programme activities.
Mandatory Onboarding
Users are responsible for completing all mandatory onboarding documentation before participating in Services.
This includes:
  • Consent forms
  • Clinical questionnaires
  • Assessments
  • Programme documentation
  • Any additional forms requested by Rehubs
Failure to complete mandatory documentation may delay or prevent access to Services.

Booking Appointments
Where self-booking is available, Users are responsible for booking appointments through the Rehubs App.
Rehubs is not responsible for delays resulting from failure to book appointments or complete onboarding requirements.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rearranged without penalty where at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice is provided.
Where less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice is given, the appointment will be forfeited.
No refund, replacement appointment or credit will be provided.

Non-Attendance (DNA)
Failure to attend a booked appointment without prior notice (“Did Not Attend” or “DNA”) will result in that appointment being forfeited.
Where applicable, any replacement appointment must be purchased separately unless otherwise agreed by Rehubs.

Late Attendance
Therapy sessions will finish at their scheduled end time regardless of arrival time.
Late arrival does not entitle the User to additional time.

Fitness to Attend
Users are expected to attend Services in a fit and appropriate condition.
If, in the reasonable opinion of the Therapist, a User attends whilst under the influence of alcohol, illicit drugs, misused prescription medication or any substance that significantly impairs their ability to participate safely, the Therapist may terminate the session immediately.
The appointment will be treated as attended and forfeited.
No refund or replacement appointment will be provided.

Standards of Conduct
Rehubs operates a zero-tolerance policy towards:
  • abusive behaviour;
  • threatening or intimidating behaviour;
  • discriminatory behaviour;
  • bullying or harassment;
  • sexual harassment or sexually inappropriate behaviour;
  • violence or threats of violence.
Users engaging in such behaviour may have their session terminated immediately and may have their User Account suspended or permanently removed without refund.

6. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Payment must be made in accordance with the programme or service purchased.
Unless otherwise required by law, payments become non-refundable once Services have commenced.
Additional one-to-one therapy sessions and other chargeable Services may be purchased through the Rehubs App where available.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users agree to:
  • provide accurate information;
  • keep account information updated;
  • maintain confidentiality of login credentials;
  • behave respectfully towards staff and other Users;
  • complete mandatory assessments and documentation;
  • use Services only for lawful purposes;
  • not record therapy sessions or workshops without prior written consent from Rehubs and all participants.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SAFEGUARDING
Rehubs is committed to protecting User confidentiality.
Information shared during therapy will remain confidential except where disclosure is required:
  • by law;
  • to protect the User or another person from serious harm;
  • for safeguarding purposes;
  • under a lawful court order or regulatory requirement.

9. CRISIS AND EMERGENCY SUPPORT
Rehubs is not an emergency or crisis service.
If you believe you or another person is at immediate risk of serious harm, contact 999 immediately.
For urgent mental health support, contact NHS 111, your GP or your local Mental Health Crisis Team.

10. PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
Therapists retain professional responsibility for all clinical decisions.
Rehubs may reallocate a Therapist where clinically appropriate or operationally necessary.
Professional boundaries must be maintained at all times.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property relating to the Rehubs platform, programmes, written materials, branding, assessments and digital resources remains the property of Rehubs UK Healthcare Ltd.
Users may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use Rehubs materials without prior written permission.
Users retain ownership of their personal content but grant Rehubs permission to store, process and use such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

12. PERSONAL DATA
Rehubs processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

13. TERMINATION
Rehubs may suspend or terminate a User Account where these Terms are breached, where continued participation is clinically inappropriate or where the safety of staff or other Users is compromised.
Users may request deletion of their account by contacting Rehubs.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rehubs will use reasonable skill and care in providing its Services.
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
Subject to applicable law, Rehubs shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.

15. FORCE MAJEURE
Rehubs shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

16. AMENDMENTS
Rehubs may amend these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be published on the Rehubs website and will become effective thirty (30) days after publication unless otherwise stated.

17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
