Modern Slavery Statement

Rehubs is committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking. Our Modern Slavery Statement reflects our promise to act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. It underlines our efforts to implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our business or in any of our supply chains.

Organisational Structure and Supply Chains

Rehubs operates in the digital marketplace, connecting users with a wide range of services and content. We understand that modern slavery is not confined to physical products but can also be an issue in the provision of services across various sectors. Therefore, we are vigilant in our efforts to ensure that our supply chains and any part of our business do not contribute to modern slavery.

Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

We are dedicated to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Anti-Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to safeguard against any form of slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains.

Due Diligence Processes

To identify and mitigate risk, we have in place processes to:

  • Understand our supply chain, thereby identifying and assessing potential risk areas.
  • Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
  • Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
  • Protect whistleblowers.

Risk and Compliance

Rehubs recognises the importance of being proactive in identifying and addressing any risks of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains. We conduct regular reviews of our practices, ensuring our commitment to preventing slavery and human trafficking remains strong and effective.

Training

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff. We also require our business partners to provide training to their staff and suppliers.

Our Effectiveness in Combating Slavery and Human Trafficking

We use the following key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure how effective we have been in ensuring that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains:

  • Use of Labour Monitoring and Payroll Audits.
  • Level of communication and personal contact with the next link in the supply chain and their understanding of, and compliance with, our expectations.
