Welcome to Rehubs Family Support

At Rehubs, we recognise that addiction affects not just the individual but also their loved ones.

Supporting a family member through recovery is a profound commitment, and understanding how to navigate this journey can be challenging. Our Family Support programme is designed to provide families with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively support their loved one whilst also taking care of their own well-being.

About the Family Support Programme

This programme extends over 12 months and includes weekly group sessions that last 90 minutes each. These sessions are facilitated by experienced counsellors who specialise in addiction recovery and family dynamics. The programme is delivered online through our secure platform, providing convenience and privacy.

Our Family Support programme aims to help you:

Understand Addiction

Learn about the complexities of addiction as a disease, debunk myths, and recognize the signs and symptoms.

Support Recovery

Discover how to support your loved one’s recovery journey without enabling addictive behaviours.

Address Blame and Responsibility

Learn to cope with feelings of guilt or responsibility for your loved one's addiction and focus on constructive support.

Set Realistic Boundaries

Understand the importance of setting and enforcing healthy boundaries for the long-term well-being of both you and your loved one.

Role in Recovery

Recognise that whilst you can offer support, you are not responsible for your loved one’s recovery—recovery is ultimately their responsibility.

How to Join

If your loved one is enrolled in our 28-day Online Rehab Programme, you are eligible to participate in this Family Support Programme. You will automatically receive an invitation to join the sessions at the conclusion of their initial treatment.
